Home and Community-Based Services (HCS)
This program provides community based services that are individualized and supports people with intellectual developmental disabilities, living in their own home, with family, or small group home.
Residential Support and Supervised Living:
A licensed home setting, where three or four individuals reside. Providing residential services and care to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities living in a home environment. The nature of support services in each residence differs. Requires 24 hour supervision by a professional caregiver.
Supportive Home Living:
Provides daily assistance and support from a professional caregiver, to individuals with an intellectual disability or a related condition who live in their own home.
Host Home Companion Care
Provides a 24-hour supervised living arrangement for individuals with physical, intellectual, or emotional limitations who are not able to live independently in their own homes.
